Istron Maisonettes With Private Pool in Istro

Each maisonette opens onto a lush terrace with a private infinity pool offering sea views. The outdoor swimming pool is open year-round and uses salt water, reducing chemical additives. A barbecue is set on the terrace, and thick vegetation and wooden fencing create privacy between houses.

The two-bedroom houses feature a spacious living room on the ground floor and bedrooms with bathrooms upstairs. Each unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, and kettle, plus a flat-screen satellite TV and DVD player. Air conditioning, free WiFi, and a safety deposit box are provided in every maisonette.

The property is situated in the heart of Istro, a 10-km drive from the picturesque town of Agios Nikolaos. The nearest beach, Agios Panteleimon, is 800 metres away. A local bakery two minutes from the maisonette sells fresh bread and pastries each morning, and a traditional Cretan taverna operates directly in front of the property.

Families can request babysitting or child services, and children receive kids' meals and packed lunches. The hotel offers grocery deliveries, breakfast in the room, and a special diet menu upon request. Guests also have access to the beach and swimming pool at the Istron Bay Hotel, a 5-minute drive away.

Room service and packed lunches are available for guests who prefer to eat on their terrace. The fully equipped kitchen allows self-catering with an oven, dishwasher, and microwave. For authentic local meals, the traditional taverna in front of the property serves Cretan dishes praised by guests.
